M-Drive Conversion Kit for Yuba Mundo V3.3 - V4

A fully custom made mid-drive conversion kit for the Yuba Mundo Cargo bike. This is a complete bolt on conversion kit. No special modifications to your frame. Easy to follow installation manual. The kit basically bolts on the frame using two (2) Metric 8mm bolts and two (2) 6mm bolts. Unlike the traditional front or rear wheel hub motors, the kit uses your bicycle's gearing system. There are huge advantages with this concept. For one, you get to climb steeper and longer hills without straining your motor, drawing too much juice from your battery pack and virtually without pedalling. I designed and built this system to tackle the demands of the progressive daily commuter or to the green companies that uses Cargo bikes as delivery vehicles or as rolling coffee bar or as advertising green vehicles. The kit's gearing system can be easily configured to match one's terrain requirements whethere you ride fully loaded or not. You have the liberty of utilizing your cargo bike's 7, 8, or 9 speed rear cassette. All testing that I have done on the kits were all off-road, to prove that this kit will last for a long time. I have tackled the steepest climbs only mountain bikes can go through, to see how well the kit can handle the torque demands of moving a 45lb cargo bike through the trail. This kit will really be a great addition to your Yuba Mundo Cargo bike's versatility. It will make your bike the ultimate mini-van replacement.
